This is a really fun event. It’s a collaboration between Chroma Club & Moonature Flow, there will be a yoga/mediation & a gratitude ritual with Selina. Then it’s a workshop with me painting & crafting. All items will be provided on the day, plus snacks, goodie bags and prizes to be won!

About the event
Hello you lovely people. This is a really cool collaboration between two small Irish business's. The name of this workshop is Realign & Design. It's my Chroma Club workshop and Selinas yoga business called Moonature Flow. This ticket covers both workshops.
The morning will start at 11.00AM, if you could please arrive at 10.45 so we can check tickets and get you set up. Selina is an amazing yoga teacher and the theme for her workshop is Sacral Activation - Creativity & Flow through the water element. The layout is grounding meditation, tapping, Vinayasa Flow & Yoga Nidra then there will be a Intention/ gratitude ribbon ritual. Selina has little goodie bags to give out too. Please just bring your own yoga mat and water, this yoga class is for anyone at any level and Selina will guide you through it all. This class will definitely realign you with yourself.
There will be a half hour break, so you can grab a coffee and treat. Then my workshop will start at 1.30PM, it's a two hour workshop that is a combination of painting and crafting. I know lots of you lovely people have attended Chroma Club at Wickham and for those that haven't been able to attend I'm making this class a combination of the previous themes. There are lots of options to choose from painting vases, painting mirrors and candles or the new fun option of tie dying some socks. You get to choose two activities. There will be some fun games to play and I provide all the materials. There will be snacks, tunes, goodie bags and prize's to be won from both businesses on the day too. Realign & Design
This is a collaborative workshop between two small Irish businesses. You will get to do a fan two hour workshop with Moonature Flow, it will consist of 90 mins of Yoga and then 30 mins of an intention/gratitude ritual. There is a break then it’s a two hour workshop with me where we will paint and craft. All materials are provided, there will be snacks, goodie bags & prizes to be won too. You just need to bring a pal and a yoga mat.
